Health

Our work on public health has a long history that encompasses the æras of field experience, international service with the United Nations (UNICEF, WHO, World Bank) and personal engagements with different types of partners from governments and academia to civil society organizations, health care professional associations and private sector across the world.

By public health it is intended to see health in its environment. In line with the global mandates and with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), health is not only the absence of disease but is based on the surroundings, policies, and events around communities. The right to access health and education promotion and services has been enshrined in global treaties, as well as are the principles of nondiscrimination, access to information and social participation as integral elements of this approach. All of which is needed in the quest for a humanistic approach to life.
